Cons
Don't expect your annual raise to be more than half a percent above inflation. There are more VPs than are needed and several really should be a director. It is a constant battle of cost containment and the first place costs are contained is SG&A which includes salaries Location sucks. If you want a decent selection of restaurants or school systems it means commuting to work.
