Pros
Benefits were pretty good, 401k contribution. Other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Engineering seem to be run smoothly.
Cons
This was THE ABSOLUTE WORST environment to work in. There was ZERO training from management. They expect you to come in and understand their ancient system and every little detail of the company. Managers offered no assistance, were extremely nasty to everyone which is probably why 6 people (including myself) Had left in less than 9 months. I had even reached out to HR to voice these concerns and there was no improvement. There is such a lack of communication and the month end close process was a disaster where there was times we worked past midnight. I saw no room for improvement/ learning, NO one is friendly in the Finance/ General Accounting team. I had even had current employees reach out to me to see if I left due to managers because they had similar feelings.
