Company culture is pretty good. Overall, MMI supports a work/life balance and office environment is casual -- people are smart, talented, dedicated individuals that work hard and play hard. Opportunity to work with global organizations and understand how different customers use sales, marketing, and product support tools around the global. Encourage and empower employees with required industry certification that advocates and rewards continuous improvement.
Cons
Mandates for standardization from umbrella organization that ripple down to the smaller business units, and don't always work.
