Pros
Culture is a +++++++. Although at times workload will get too much, but colleagues are always there to help and guide you. They really offer clear paths for promotion and skills development (tuition fee reimbursement for advanced schooling, unlimited access to online learning platform, exposure to industry standard tools, in-house virtual or F2F training sessions etc.). You know that you're really working with talented individuals and they provide you with exposure to offshore partners.
Cons
Salary, seems a bit lower than the industry standard. HMO plan is also a weak point since it does not include free dependents. Midyear pay is only half of the current basic salary, and annual increases have been quite on the low end. Also, last information I got was they are pushing through with the 4-day RTO and 1-day WFH setup.
