      Low stress, direct management support, new projects always coming in.

      Cons

      Corporate overlords making decisions without consideration for how it impacts their employees, limited benefits which seemed to get worse by the year, and disorganized documentation and training because the company is too large. Par for the course in every industry these days.

      Management is in total disarray. Company has no direction, no sense of community or corporate identity, conflicting mission statements. A mess from top to bottom.
