I've been working at Emerios for the last 3 years and can now say that through good times and those that have been more challenging the company and its leadership walks the talk. It's not always easy to stand in the face of adversity and maintain your values however, Emerios has lived up to its commitments and promises. The work environment is both caring and competitive. Because the company has signed on some large fortune 500 customers right out of the gate, adding new talent is a must. Many people where multiple hats causing some team members to feel overwhelmed.
