Pros
It was fun to work with my former team. Everyone was helpful and encouraging. The new branch manager for the Philippines, Liz, is a much-needed upgrade compared to the previous one, who lacked direction and plans for the employees. The Operations Head, Christine, was the best boss you could ask for. She demonstrated competence and expertise in her work. Without Liz and Christine, Emerhub Philippines wouldn't be the same. Just saying.
Cons
The pay is relatively low compared to competitors who can offer up to 50% more. There were frequent changes in business address, indicating a need for the CEO to decide on a permanent location rather than constantly moving. When I left, the HR and payroll staff of Emerhub were under the HR of RecruitGo. Unfortunately, the employees in that department were not competent and did not seem to know how to perform their jobs properly. They lacked knowledge of basic labor laws and were some of the most unprofessional individuals I have encountered.
