Al trabajar en modalidad externo no es muy bueno dado que los proyectos se termina y es difícil la reubicación

New office in Seville - Coming soon!- Hoping to see it and going to Seville again. Nice company if you're a plain person who doesn't want to grow! Note - expenses won't be paid if you live in Seville or on the outskirts!

Fake flexibility - many meetings. Your schedule is your "above" schedule. Bad communication between teams. No career path. Salary is not equal - old mentality about salaries. + Years have higher salaries, even if they are doing same or less tasks than you. They are friends and new hires are strangers for them... So difficult be trusted!
