Family owned business to a large degree.

Has started moving away from family owned structure to corporate format at the expense of their employees, clients and overall productivity.

It was close to home...

No promotional potential, small work spaces. One manager played favorites and let her employees have long lunches and breaks while another worked her but off. Work was boring. I got the job thru a temp agency and was offered a permanent position but declined. Only a dollar more per hour was offered. I knew I'd eventually leave and didn't want to waste their time.
