Company has a very innovative approach to making projects and organizational change initiatives more successful and are steps ahead when compared to the Big Four and other consulting firms. Very cutting edge company with a robust methodology and a best selling book that is bringing in lots of new opportunities. Dynamic, passionate leadership can be inspiring. Fun to be part of a leading edge firm where it is more than just another consulting gig.
Cons
Still a boutique firm (but growing fast) so opportunities for consultants are inconsistent. While the compensation is good, projects don't always ramp up that quickly. Expectations are high and there is low tolerance for less than stellar work so you always need to be on your toes and know how to ramp up quickly.
