- Supportive work culture with team leads who genuinely care about your professional growth. - The job itself is enjoyable and rewarding from a purpose standpoint as you get to help people find meaningful jobs they’re truly thankful for.

Cons

- Upper management often feels out of touch with what’s happening on the ground. - The environment changes frequently, largely due to inconsistent direction from upper management. - Constantly increasing metrics and responsibilities without matching incentives ultimately makes it feel not worth it

Pros

Emerge has given me a home to truly grow professionally. They have fostered an environment where I feel supported, communication is transparent, the culture is collaborative with a team I enjoy showing up for every day. Everyone here genuinely cares about each others' success and hard work is recognized and rewarded. This office is always exactly what I have needed it to be!
