Great company to expand your knowledge and work experience. Leadership is also good, but really depends on who is your direct-report manager. Working culture is somewhat relax.

Leadership could be stronger and more assertive. Employee discipline could be better. Production employees are allowed to use cell phone during working hour is a huge deal.

Pay is low, but improving. Not a lot of room for advancement. The company is struggling in 2025, but if they can successfully make it in the aerospace field, they will be a great place to work.
