Pros

Nice and helpful co-workers; good benefits; nice environment; opportunities for promotions, though it may take a long time for a job to open up.

Cons

Low pay; high expectations and perfectionism reign; certain supervisors tend to micro-manage staff and others delegate to line employees in order to "stay under the radar" themselves. As a line employee, I felt my CEO treated me as a non-entity, hardly acknowledging me and my work.

Pros

Emerald Heights had provided a wonderful company culture that allows for staff to thrive and feel supported. They allow for great work-life balance and ensure that staff know they are important. The residents are the best part of the job and make every day better. This has been a wonderful community to be apart of.

No cons that I can think of.
