      Pros

      Employee friendly company. Lot of investment in employee learning and development. Friendly and nice people to work with, all around.

      Cons

      Kind of stuck to known markets/products. New product development looked at from experience of old products. Unique nature of new markets/products not taken into account. Risk-averse.

      Pros

      Its a small company so it feels there is comfortable familiarity with most other employees, even one's in other offices. Employees are very willing to help one another. The office is spacious and a good work environment

      Cons

      It can be difficult collaborating with the main office in the UK.
