The residents at Emerald Communities/Emerald Heights are great

In the three years I worked there EVERY Dept head changed at least once. Marketing went through something like 4. And only the CEO's (yep there are 2 of them, one for EC one for EH) and board members get any real pay. One dept head left because the CEO took his bonus. Run away quickly unless you live in Redmond and hate a commute. Lisa is no longer the CEO, she died. The guy taking over looks like a "Rent-A-Ceo" while the board members tell him what to do.
