Occasionally offer overtime and additional shifts.

Cons

Upper management does not take the customer service representatives seriously. You are to do what you are told with limited input. Make them money, money, and more money while you remain the same. Also, due to the very unprofessional "leaders" of the customer service teams, there is little the new person can do to be heard. It is up to these leads to speak for the team members, so if there is a problem within the team it is only heard from one point of view. Every one at the company has seen people lose their jobs because the person in charge of their team simply did not "like them". They do NOT promote within the company. No matter how much you achieve and how much money you make for the company, they will still go outside to hire upper management. This creates a disconnect with the management and the actual customer service representatives. The health insurance offered is not reasonably priced compared to the amount you make at this company.
