Pros
Embryo is a great agency to work at as it's full of friendly people who I'm never afraid to ask for help. I always enjoy coming into the office, and I also enjoy the hybrid working style as it gives employees some flexibility. I've never had any issues with my team and have learnt lots of new things during my time here which I can take with me into my future. There are plenty of perks like perk box points, private health and dental care, a full day off on your birthday, a yearly trip if company goals are met, and more. Working here has definitely helped my confidence and equipped me with some great skills and knowledge.
Cons
This is my first time working in an agency, so I've got nothing to compare it to, but I've had a positive experience overall in my role.
