      Aircraft is very well maintained, Good healthcare and benefits.

      Cons

      I wish there was minimum guaranteed hours of work to plan . If the weather is not good It can be very challenging to afford a living. If you are starting off you will not get weekends off.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
