Not what it used to be - Campus Director Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Employee Review

Embry-Riddle used to be a great place to work. Now there is an atmosphere of distrust and fear of speaking your mind. Management claims that they want that to change, but they don't actually. Anyone who doesn't go out of their way to shine is forgotten. Also, there's no room for job growth.
