Amazing school, terrible leadership - Associate Professor Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Employee Review

The new chancellor (Annette Karlsson) has the leadership abilities of a cockroach. Due to her passive management and avoidance of conflict, most of my colleagues have left shortly after me. It is very sad to see such a great University with years of good management under Frank Ayers go downhill so quickly. The colleagues that are left are completely demoralized and stick around only because they bought houses and now have mortgages that they have to pay.
