The students are great to work with, but they expect to be given breaks and treated like HS students.

I have been in leadership on and off the battlefield. ERAU has the worse leadership I've ever seen. Leadership runs on fear and people are running for the doors. It is a complete dictatorship on steroids. Corrupt to the core. They market to students that they offer classroom classes, but the truth is only 5% of all courses offered are traditional classroom courses. Most courses are online or live video web streaming. Be honest and tell prospective students the truth! BE CAREFUL before you decide to work at ERAU Worldwide as you will regret it!
