      The benefits are great. Leadership is very "politically correct," but thankfully not "far left."

      Cons

      Pay is only average for the area... some are leaving for better pay elsewhere.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
