      Great place for research in Aerospace. Amazing experienced Faculty. Many research opportunities.

      Cons

      The adminstrative office is sometimes very difficult to work with. The school hasn't fully matured for graduate programs.

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
