- Friendly and Stimulating work environment - Working on campus helps increase hours available to work and eases logistics of working between classes.

Cons

Only one downside really, the pay schedule is pretty low. This is understandable considering they are entry level jobs requiring no previous education or experience.

Pros

Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

Cons

Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
