      Flexable schedule, works well around classes. 24/7 operation. great small department where you know everything about everyone.

      Little to no management vindictive management no room for advancement No direction from supervisors every shift is different do not have access to all systems needed lots of drama a lot swept under carpet

      Pros

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Cons

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
