Pros

They're understaffed & INCREDIBLY disorganized so most of the time it was just me & one other girl working the test site. Honestly I dont think they even realized there was no mgmt assigned to our location lol

Cons

Theyre understaffed & always crying about "needing coverage" but won't budge on a single minute of overtime pay. So instead of spending the money they'd rather leave their sites understaffed & let the employees on shift do the job of 2 or 3 people as opposed to bringing in any of the countless employees willing to come into work.

Pros

My fellow co-workers were amazing and some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met.

Cons

The upper management was absolutely horrendous. The work environment and the pay was great while Embry was bringing in boat loads of money from the pandemic. They were spending money like I’ve never witnessed before. But as soon as the need for COVID tests and vaccines died down they started to panic. The CEO Raymond is completely incompetent when it comes to running a business and in my opinion he’s mentally unstable. He would frequently throw full blow tantrums and verbally berate employees. He would order employees to carry out tasks that violated local and state ordnances and laws. If anyone spoke up to advise him against his unethical and sometimes even illegal practices they would be terminated without notice. ( which is why their former head of HR is suing them) Upper management had no regard for state, local or federal regulations and they made a habit of regularly defaulting on contracts and agreements. I would be shocked if Embry wasn’t neck deep in lawsuits by now.
