Pros

Some very talented and passionate employees who believe in the cause

Cons

CEO is a micromanager who is all over the place with his priorities and incapable of articulating either his long or short term vision. He allows his ‘yes’ men (and women) to assume responsibility and make decisions for which they are not qualified. There is no care or concern for employees whatsoever. Anyone considering taking a job here should ask about turnover and how many employees have walked off the job.

Pros

My fellow co-workers were amazing and some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met.

Cons

The upper management was absolutely horrendous. The work environment and the pay was great while Embry was bringing in boat loads of money from the pandemic. They were spending money like I’ve never witnessed before. But as soon as the need for COVID tests and vaccines died down they started to panic. The CEO Raymond is completely incompetent when it comes to running a business and in my opinion he’s mentally unstable. He would frequently throw full blow tantrums and verbally berate employees. He would order employees to carry out tasks that violated local and state ordnances and laws. If anyone spoke up to advise him against his unethical and sometimes even illegal practices they would be terminated without notice. ( which is why their former head of HR is suing them) Upper management had no regard for state, local or federal regulations and they made a habit of regularly defaulting on contracts and agreements. I would be shocked if Embry wasn’t neck deep in lawsuits by now.
