We understand that the turnaround time is a concern, having a global and fully remote team at the moment, with multiple layers and decision makers involved, it is hard and takes longer sometimes, but we will work harder to resolve concerns as soon as possible. We have taken an internal audit on last minute work and are already executing the processes of getting requirements and workflow issues ironed out, give us a couple of weeks and you'll see the change.
