They've found a niche and are going after it with a superb product. Recent big round of funding is super exciting.

Picking nits, but the benefits in my country could be better (no health insurance). I think that's something that may well evolve over time as we grow, and overall the offering and upside is very attractive.

Just common startup problems: occasional late hours, priorities sometimes set by slack message, a lot of business ops apps to keep track of, early rush to get things working created some technical debt that now needs repairing.
