Pros
Working at Embed has been a professional opportunity without limits, which is to say that it's the perfect environment for over-achievers because there are no limits, so when you beg the question "can we do this... can we try that?" and the response is "we can do anything we want!" then you know you're in the right environment to stretch, grow and soar. Here's the thing, if you can't develop a strategy and execute that strategy then this is not be the place for you. And. it's certainly not the place for those who have to be micro-managed. At Embed you get the dignity of self-managing (and being led). This is not the place for the uninitiated, and/or those who need to be handheld and spoonfed every single step of the way (especially when the expectation is that you are defining the way!). Embed is aiming to transform the business of fun, so if you're looking for a professional adventure, the search is over! It's a small private global company, a family company, with no phantom work (politics), and an inspiring CEO. Gender and cultural parity is inspiring; it's an open and amazing culture for gifted professionals.
Cons
Like all small companies, it doesn't have the very best insurance (but it's not the worst), doesn't pay the highest salaries (but it's a small price to pay for a politics-free/toxic taker-free work environment), and there aren't a ton of resources to throw around.
