Pros

Working here has been highly rewarding both personally and professionally. My job has given me the chance to work directly with patients and improve my clinical skills. My direct supervisor is easy to work with and made himself available if I had any questions.

Cons

Some departments can get shorthanded with the sudden influx of patients

Pros

I assist residents with everyday things — dressing, mobility, meals. The training covers the protocols in detail, so I started working independently with confidence. Team members share the workload when it gets too busy, and this makes a real difference for everyone. The benefits package includes health insurance, PTO, and 401k.

Cons

The emotional demands of long-term care

Pros

While there are a couple of positives, such as decent health benefits and good coworkers, the negatives heavily outweigh them. I expected this role to be a strong career opportunity, but it has fallen far short since the start. Anyone considering work here should be extremely cautious before applying to Embassy Healthcare, as it is likely to lead to disappointment and regret.

Cons

• Working for Embassy Healthcare has been an exhausting and deeply draining experience. • Expectations are unreasonably high, and employees are given little to no training to actually meet them. • There is a clear lack of concern for burnout, with profit prioritized over employee well-being. • Management is highly controlling, constantly issuing demands while offering almost no real support. • Decisions are made without regard for staff impact, and ongoing issues that seriously affect employees are routinely ignored due to a lack of interest in addressing them.
