-Overall good place to work with good people if you are staffed
Cons
-The C team is pretty unserious - they do not communicate or explain much of anything. Lack of experience is evident. -Process & Communication for getting consultants staffed is abysmal -Culture centered events & initiatives being cut left and right -Firm spending decisions in the last 12 months are not people-first in any way. Numerous head-scratching decisions.
