Pros

Great benefits - fully paid healthcare Smart consultants

Cons

There are only a handful of Sales Reps at Embark who are doing well and they all happen to be ex Consultants/CPA’s. If you are coming from a different industry you WILL NOT perform well. Revolving door of sales folks for years. All new Sales leaders don’t have an ounce of background in finance or accounting, Therefore they are no help and don’t actually understand what it takes to source your own deals. Embark claims to have the best culture because all they care about is their LinkedIn and outside appearance. It’s only good culture for the consultants. Sales folks are afraid to talk up due to possibilities of being fired. Just like they 2x their sales team this year, they also fired 50% of sales team 2 months later. Inflated Glassdoor reviews
