The clinical and residential teams are deeply committed to the safety and therapeutic progress of the youth they serve. There is a strong culture of interdisciplinary collaboration amongst these two departments, with staff working cohesively toward shared treatment objectives with little oversight or input of leadership. For those passionate about mental health advocacy, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of children and their families in this program.

Theoretically strong, operationally flawed. While the Embark therapeutic model is solid on paper, the organization fails to adhere to its own standards. Leadership priorities seem skewed toward profit margins rather than client welfare or staff safety. Due to a lack of effective communication and a refusal to address employee concerns, morale is low, and turnover is high across all departments. Combined with non-competitive, non-negotiable compensation, this is an incredibly difficult environment for dedicated professionals to navigate.
