Pros

-When I began, the staff (in general) made me feel welcome to the company. -The pay was a little more than what other facilities pay.

Cons

-There were definite "favorites" in relationships between supervisors and certain employees. -The staff talked absolutely horribly about the clients and they would talk so degradingly about the clients they didn't care for, and other clients whom the staff had a liking for were treated much better and didn't get in as much trouble as others. -The staff was extremely disorganized with the hiring process. -I got let go and was given no reason as to why. -There are staff who do absolutely nothing, and then staff who go above and beyond. Those who go above and beyond are very overlooked and never appreciated. -Very poor management -This company overall is not run wellell- from hiring to firing- I was constantly wondering what the heck was going on. -Management talked openly with certain staff about other staff members whom they didn't feel were doing a good enough job before the employee even knew that there was an issue, causing extreme embarrassment for the employee, as they had no idea what other staff were whispering about.

Pros

Flexible schedule 3 days on 4 days off a week Next week 4 days on and 3 days off

Cons

Leaders are not supportive Supervisor will write you up excessively Supervisor doesn't communicate well. Supervisor waits until you make a mistake to explain better what should be done Supervisor continues to change the rules and expects BHA's to know immediately what the changes are. Short staffed and Supervisor is upset if you take time off. No incentives to work more Supervisor doesn't support staff
