      Pros

      The people on ground level who were actually doing the work were great.

      Cons

      Partners didn’t manage their finances and let go of all employees without the proper procedures. When laid off, I hadn’t used any of my remaining PTO and they didn’t buy them out.

      Many of their employees are AmeriCorps, so poorly compensated with a lot of turnover. But that's what you're signing up for in any AmeriCorps position.
