Pros

At Embacy everything revolves around its culture of freedom and professionalism. I am free to work from any part of the world, at any time that works for me and plan my day comfortably as long as I do my job good :) Also, it offers fast growth opportunities for those who perform. All with an easy attitude and friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Embacy is an agency for grown-ups (mentally) :) We strive to provide high client service and visual results, so everyone depends on one another to do their tasks good and in time. And the speed of work is quite fast. It's important to self-manage and love design not to burn out.

Pros

The company has a very cool corporate culture in which employees are highly valued. Clear and aligned processes allow you to focus on working with cool clients for whom you want to do a really cool project. The company makes you want to constantly grow as a professional, and they help you in every way they can. I have never regretted being at Embacy.

Cons

The company works for high results at a very tight pace, it may not suit everyone

Pros

Based on my experience, one of the best aspects of a job at Embacy is a combination of professional freedom and responsibility, i.e. you grow professionally, and you can change the way how the company develops. As for COO, it is important for me that: 1. we have a great team full of talented people who love what they do 2. there is a corporate culture which is based on freedom, transparency, and personal responsibility 3. there are no bureaucratic obstacles hindering creative process 4. employees are highly qualified, and they know what to do and how to do that at a high level 5. the working atmosphere is truly joyful and friendly

Cons

Sometimes it may be challenging to catch up on work because of the rapid pace. You need to be able to make quick decisions. But I guess, it is a common thing for the fast-growing companies.
