      Unpaid overtime. Raised this to HR but they said they can't do anything about it as long as the client works, the team needs to work

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
