      I have been working in BPO industry for a while now but I should this, EMAPTA has the best management, they are people-first company, I love the opportunity that they are giving to everyone, the support and I love the environment since everyone helps and motivate each other

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
