      It really feels great to be welcomed by the CEO and the Executive Director of the company. It gives a good impression like how much they value their people. Plus, you have everything you need on your 1st, from the equipment to your credentials.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
