      Great Environment (SFS Site) Great People Non-Toxic Culture (as far as I am concerned) Friendly Staff Salary/compensations/benefits are better than most Indoor Gym Unli-coffee

      Cons

      Internet issues are frequent Some of the staff are just incompetent, complacent and ignorant The building is new so expect ongoing construction No food concessionaire nor canteen No personal parking

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
