      the atmosphere is very light, no pressure noticed on the floor, casual working environment, free coffee either brewed or instant (brewed - which I love), very nice welcoming part and tour by the on-boarding specialist

      Cons

      Work stations - wish there are windows on the side for a better feel :)

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
