Pros
The first thing that comes up on my mind is work/job is less stress full. I came from a call center industry and there are really big differences between call center company and Emapta. A few to mention will be schedule, day off. Some accounts may have lots of work load but not working at night is a big factor in reducing stress at work.
Cons
Probably would be the pay. My basic pay with Emapta is a bit higher than when I was working in my previous company(call center) but the allowance here is half of what I was receiving. But this may not be a disadvantage to everyone cause an offer here may still be higher than what you are currently receiving.
