      They are very flexible in terms of the satisfaction of the employees. It is not like other BPO companies where teams are in a huge number for one client. This makes employees work closely and directly with the client and to be recognized because of job well done

      Cons

      What lacks in TIP site is an HR whom you can directly ask about HR enquiries.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
