Pros
I worked for Emapta for three years and I could honestly say that I enjoyed every minute of it. When I commenced my employment with Emapta four years ago, the Company only has two sites - Eastwood and the 2/F of 6780. After three years, Emapta occupies two floors at 6780 (Ayala), 2 floors at Goodland (Buendia), 1 floor at Orient Square (Ortigas), 1 floor at BDO Equitable, 1 floor at Alabang, and an office at Baguio City. The remarkable growth of the Company can be attributed on how the Management treats and vets its clients and employees. The Company is managed by competent and dedicated personnel. Emapta has a strategic and forward looking HR, which is actively involved in recruitment (Suzette), payroll and leave administration, and the general area of administration. Each site has site managers who overlook and liase with the accounts of the Company. Adrian, Cris, and Andrea are all competent and passionate in their line of work, which is why medium scale accounts expand their base of operations in the Philippines. The site managers, among others, are supervised by a very able and seasoned Operations Manager (Angelo De Leon) who always think out of the box. Of course, the day to day operations of the Company will not run smoothly without the IT personnel, who is managed by Karl. Lastly, Emapta will not be what it is today without the visionary and hardworking President and CEO, Tim Vorbach, who ensures that the Company is a well-oiled machine which is ready to face the challenges of the changing times.
Cons
I think the Company should institute activities where employees will get to know each other more.
