      Offers a friendly work environment and a stable job - Emapta has made me feel that I have the chance to grow and put my years of experience in the BPO industry to use

      Cons

      They need to improve their HR process as there have been some delays in providing employee evaluations and providing the HMO card upon regularization. One of my team mates reported that HR lost/could not find her Healthway medical result after it was forwarded by Rodalyn of HR Main.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
