      - Great Clients - Great Culture - Great Coffee (free!) - If you're a freelancer looking for a full time job, you'd want to work here. - NO RUSH HOUR. NO HEAVY TRAFFIC. (Work schedule follows AU Time)

      Cons

      - Early Morning Schedule (6am-3pm, or 7am-4pm) - Not much interaction with other employees (unless you are working for the same account).

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
