- No job security AT ALL. Reprofiling seldom works. - No work life balance because you're expected to always adjust your work hours and extend over and over again. - My team and I were all expected to still reply after work hours.. - They are VERY client-centric.... - No proper training - Some people in this company can be very demeaning. - Numbers matter more than employees' welfare. - Managers tend to take out their anger on their team. - Some people in other departments have such unbelievable expectations for timeline without considering others and micromanage teams. Some are also passive-aggressive and demeaning.
