Pros

3-day weekends (I'm serious), super-fun group of people, complete training program with a 90-day probation to get it right, and great clients to work with. I've been with the firm for 3 years, and I'll probably be here forever (it's that good, y'all). Our CEO is brilliant in many ways and I have a lot of respect for him. (Plus he sends the team surprise gifts every once in awhile, from books and mugs to a personalized beach towel from Pottery Barn.) We're growing and have found wonderful, skilled talent to add to our team. It's not for everyone... our interviewing process is difficult (the "Who" book process), we have extremely high standards for our work process, and many might not be cut out for it. The training program is extensive and encompasses many skills, and a team lead takes it to the next level with coaching and walking new team members through managing projects and clients efficiently. Take heed, though... if someone is a slow learner and needs to be told and showed the exact same things repeatedly without improvement, they probably won't make it beyond their 90-day probation period. This is not your grandma's kitchen with constant hand-holding, y'all, but those that take notes and actually use them... will do just fine and exceed even their own prior skill level within their first year. It's a team environment where self-direction is a must, and we all pitch in where needed. Join us!

Cons

We are growing and have a great team in place, but we need some additional skilled bodies on our team.
