Pros

This is a company that aims to work well. There is no shortage of good intentions and most of the people try to do a good job.

Cons

Their business model depends on large amounts of traffic to a website that does not meet up expectations (poor or missing content) and systematically misleads users (in thinking their information request to an education centre actually gets there or is going to be answered). Most of what happens in the company is completely personalised on the CEO, who dominates decision making. There is no formal process of choosing good product ideas from bad ones. You might well find yourself in the position of having to reach unrealistic goals.

Pros

Learning, polyvalence, very friendly environment, flexibility and understanding of personal matters of the employees. Emagister is a well know company in Spain so it is also a good name to have on your cv. Teammates are an example of good work, I worked with people very commited.

Cons

Salary, interns precarity, office commuting if you live in Barcelona and no financial help for the transports. Management only led by men, female managers don't have the same weight.
